How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to issue you a refund on the cost of the unworn item(s). Please send an email to info@byjlc.com within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to exchange for a different product please let us know. All shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Return instructions: -Package unworn item(s) in a padded envelope or return in its original package. -Include the original invoice, and the reasons for return.
Once we received the item(s) a credit will be made towards the account.
*Please insure your package we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
