Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Sale taxes only apply to Canadian as follow:

Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia: (GST & PST)
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador: (HST)
Quebec: QST
All other provinces: GST

All other countries have a 0 percent tax rate however, you are responsible for all customs, VAT, duties charges.
